Funding
Funding sources for intensive behavior support programs are limited and many parents and care givers struggle with this. More and more states have passed legislation requiring insurance companies to pay for applied behavior analysis programs. ABA Inc. staff will be happy to discuss options you may have. Please view the following options.

Autism Waiver (0-6) - ABA Inc. is a certified medicaid provider for the
autism waiver. Please contact your local Community Center Board for
more information.
Please note: The State of Colorado has 20 Community Center Boards
and you must contact the one near you. You will find a list of the CCBs
on the 'Recources' page. ABA Inc. provides services throughout the
state of Colorado as well as consults out of state.
HCBS - CES Waiver - ABA Inc. is now a certified provider and is able to
bill through the CES waiver services. Please contact your local
Community Center Board for more details. We have been approved for
Community Center Boards such as Starpoint in Canon City, Colorado
Blueskies in Pueblo and the Resource Exchange in Colorado Springs.
We are willing to travel throughout the state of Colorado.
HCBS - Developmental Delayed (DD) program: ABA Inc. is now a
certified provider for the DD program and is able to bill medicaid for
services rendered under this program.
HCBS - Supportive Living Services (SLS) program: ABA Inc. is now a
certified provider for the SLS program and is able to bill medicaid for
services rendered under this program.
Private Funding - Invoices will be sent directly to the parents who
contracted the services.
Purchase Orders - ABA Inc. accept's purchase orders.
Grants - Please inquire within.
School Districts and CCBs - may get a large portion of services
provided reimbursed through Medicaid billing.
Long term care Medicaid - ABA Inc. is in the process of becoming a
certified long term care Medicaid provider.
Tricare/Triwest ECHO Program Autism Demonstration Program
We are now Tricare/Triwest approved ECHO providers. ABA Inc. is happy to provide services to military members on or off military installations in all States of the western region.
ECHO funds up to $3,000 per month for each child who qualifies for ABA services through ECHO. (please note the dollar amount is being increase soon) Contact your child’s or EFMP program coordinator for more details.
