Job Description: Line staff will assist in the implementation of behavior treatment &
instructional plans utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis principles in home, agency, and
or community settings. Staff is responsible but not limited to implementing and
collecting data on programs such as self-help skills, behavior management, social
skills and academic areas.  Staff will attend on-going in house training and team
meetings.

Requirements: Line staff must be 18 years of age or older and have graduated from
high school (and or equivalent degree). All line staff must either be working toward or
hold a AA/AS/BA/BS. Each line staff must have completed a minimum of 12 credit
hours. The 12 credit hours can be
either in psychology, education, behavior health,
special education, humanities and or social science. Experience in ABA behavior
services and having worked with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred;
however, ABA Inc. will train all employed staff.

Compensation: $12 - $22 per hour




Job Description: Senior Therapists will be responsible for the following (but not limited
to): implement & monitor outlined treatment plans, administer FBA’s, train and
supervise staff, facilitate treatment teams and staff meetings, program/curriculum
development and monitoring in agency, home & community settings, conduct parent
meetings and training, and collect and evaluate clients' data.

Requirements: A Senior therapist must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher
(Master's is preferred) in psychology or education. 2000 hours of direct supervised
experience is required. Experience with individuals w/autism spectrum disorder,
developmental delay and behavioral needs is essential.  All senior therapists must take
part in continuing professional development. A background check must be cleared
prior to working with any clients.

Compensation: $18 - $25 per hour
